The Government College of Commerce and Business Administration (GCCBA) Library, Sector -42, Chandigarh in association with American Corner at Central State Library sector-17, Chandigarh has organized a talk on “Four more years – Obama’s economic and foreign policy in the 2nd term” in GCCBA Seminar Room today. Mr. Bruce Stokes, international economic for the National Journal, a Washington-based public policy magazine, and a journalism fellow at the German Marshall Fund and Ms. Linda Parker, Librarian American library of US embassy in New Delhi were key speakers. The students and staff of the college participated in the talk. Principal of the college Mrs. Manjit Kaur welcomed the resource persons and cited the contribution of Mr. Bruce Stokes in the field of international economics, Journalism, international economic policy and foreign policy of U.S.A. Mr. Bruce highlighted the economic and foreign policy of U.S.A. and through PPT he also explained the achievements and perceptions of President Obama towards Asian countries. Ms. Linda Parker, Librarian American library of US embassy focused on the e- resources and major databases of American Library in New Delhi.
