The Literary Society of our college, WORDVISHARAD, conducted the 49th A.D. Shroff Memorial Elocution Competition on 3rd December, 2013 with the object of encouraging college students to think and speak on economic subjects besides enabling them to show their speaking abilities. The topics for the competition were:

  • Good Governance is the need of hour.
  • Role of Civil Society in ensuring safety of women.
  • White Collar Crimes and their economic implications.
  • Importance of Water Conservation.

Good strength of students participated in the competition and showcased their talent. Five best speakers were chosen and were rewarded with cash prizes and certificates. The winners of the competition were:
